A one-off setup of $1,999 per property — I build the site and set up every room, rate and rule — then 3% of the bookings made through your site. No monthly fee. Portals typically charge 15–22%.
What does the 3% include?

Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Calendars are synchronised with the portals, so a booking on one channel blocks the dates everywhere. Keep the portals as a channel — just stop depending on them.
How do guests pay, and when do I get the money?
By card through Stripe or regional gateways. Funds go to your own merchant account, typically within 24–48 hours.
How long does the switch take?
3–7 business days. I set everything up on a staging copy, migrate rooms, prices and photos, and switch over in minutes — no break in sales.
