Privacy policy

In short: no analytics tools, no advertising pixels, no third-party tracking. We only receive personal data that you send us yourself through a form.

2. Hosting and server log files

The website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany, under a data processing agreement.

With every visit the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR). Log files are not combined with other data and are deleted automatically at regular intervals.

3. Forms

We use forms for the free checklist, the free site score, strategy call requests and course partnership applications. We process what you enter — for example name, email address, website, your choice of call and your message — plus the time of sending, your IP address and browser details to prevent abuse.

We use this data to deliver what you asked for (the checklist, your site score, a call or a reply to your application) and to prepare a possible offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only add you to a newsletter if you agree to it separately.

Entries are saved in the website's database and emailed to our mailbox, which is hosted with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep it longer. The spam protection (a simple maths question) runs entirely on our own server.

4. Payments

Paid strategy calls are paid through a secure payment link from a payment provider. The provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy; we only receive confirmation of payment.

5. Cookies

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may remember your language choice; it contains no personal data and needs no consent.

6. Fonts, images and maps

Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. The map on the “Our Journey” page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and its script from unpkg.com; your browser connects to these services and shares your IP address with them when you open that page.

7. Linked demos

Our booking demos run on demonstracja.twojhotel.com, operated by us. Demo bookings are stored in a private sandbox for 48 hours and then deleted.

8. Social media on the Socials page

Our Socials page can show the latest posts from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook. Nothing is loaded from these platforms when the page opens. Only when you open a channel tab (for YouTube: when you scroll to the channel section) is the content loaded from the platform, which then receives your IP address and browser data and may set cookies. YouTube is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The legal basis is your action of opening the tab (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). The platforms process the data under their own privacy policies: Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok and X.

9. AI chat assistant

The chat on this website is an AI assistant. When you use it, we process your messages, the page you are on, your language and a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address to answer you and to prevent abuse (rate limits). To generate answers, the conversation is sent to our AI provider Anthropic PBC (USA), which processes it on our behalf under its commercial terms and data processing agreement and does not use it to train its models; transfers to the USA are based on standard contractual clauses. We keep chat transcripts for up to 30 days to answer follow-up requests and improve the assistant, then delete them. If you ask the assistant to forward a request, we receive your name, email address and message by email. Please do not enter sensitive data such as health or payment information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, helpful service).

10. Transfers outside the EEA

Four Free LLC is based in the USA. Data is stored on a server in Germany, but we and Google may access it from the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision and on standard contractual clauses.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to legal (at) prensena (dot) com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. We do not make automated decisions or create user profiles.

12. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the law changes. The version published on this page applies.
