Terms of sale
The rules for everything you buy on prensena.com — written to be read, not to hide anything.
1. Who we are and scope
These terms govern all services sold through prensena.com by Four Free LLC, Suite 225C, 2880 W Oakland Park Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33311, USA, represented by Florian Prensena (CEO) (“we”, “us”). Contact: legal (at) prensena (dot) com.
They apply to businesses and to consumers (“you”). Terms in an individual quote or contract take precedence. Your own terms only apply if we agree to them in writing.
2. Services
We offer strategy calls, mentorship programs, company setups, websites and SEO, booking systems, online course platforms, monthly plans, partnerships with a revenue share, add-ons, on-site days and training in AI tools. Scope, price and billing of each package are described on its product page at the time of ordering.
Results described on our website (rankings, traffic, revenue) are examples from past projects and not a guarantee of identical results. The only performance guarantee is the PageSpeed guarantee described in section 9.
3. Ordering and contract
Product pages are an invitation to order. You place an order by completing checkout and accepting these terms. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. Individual quotes are concluded on written or email acceptance.
4. Prices, currencies and payment
Prices are set in US dollars (USD). If you choose another currency in the shop (EUR, GBP, CHF, PLN, NOK, SEK or THB), the price shown at checkout in that currency is binding for your order. Prices are net; taxes are added where required by law and shown before you order.
Payment is due when you order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. We start work once payment has been received. For Freedom Group and Freedom Private, instalments are due monthly; if an instalment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the program until it is paid.
5. Strategy calls
After booking we send you available time slots within 24 hours (working days). You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the call. If you miss a call without notice, it counts as delivered. The call fee is credited to a program, setup or plan you book within 30 days.
6. Programs, setups and on-site days
Programs and setups start after a kick-off. You provide the information, materials and access we need on time; delays on your side extend our deadlines accordingly.
On-site days are only available to clients with a booked program, with a minimum of two days per visit. Travel and accommodation are charged at cost, without markup, and agreed before the visit. You can reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before the visit; later changes may incur non-refundable travel costs. If you don't have a booked program, we refund the on-site order.
The LLC + Launch Setup includes formation services, registered agent for the first year and setup work. Government filing fees and later renewals are charged at cost. Bank and payment-provider approvals are decided by those providers; we cannot guarantee them. We do not provide legal or tax advice; where needed we refer you to licensed advisors.
7. Monthly and prepaid plans
Monthly plans (e.g. the Growth Plan) are paid in advance per month and renew automatically. The Growth Plan has a minimum term of three months; afterwards you can cancel with effect from the end of the current month.
Yearly and 3-year plans are paid in advance for the whole term at the discounted price. Bonuses included with prepaid plans (e.g. a speed fix or a website rebuild) are delivered within the term. Prepaid fees are not refunded for unused time, except where we terminate for reasons attributable to us or where the law requires it.
8. Partnerships with a revenue share
Booking systems: after the setup fee, we receive 3% of the value of bookings made through your direct booking website. Course academies: after the setup fee, we receive 10% of net course revenue from your first customer. E-commerce partnerships: we receive 10% of net sales of the shop, and all setup and management fees you have paid count as credit, so commission is only due in months where 10% of sales exceeds the fees paid for that month.
“Net” means amounts paid by customers minus refunds, payment fees and taxes. We report and invoice the share monthly, based on the sales data of the system we run for you; you give us read access to that data. Partnerships run until terminated by either party with three months' notice to the end of a month; content and customer data remain yours.
9. PageSpeed guarantee
For website projects we guarantee a Google PageSpeed Insights score of at least 95 on desktop and 90 on mobile for your homepage and main pages at handover. If the score is lower, we keep working on it free of charge until it is reached. Changes, plugins or third-party scripts added later by you or others are not covered.
10. AI tools and your systems
When we teach or set up AI tools on your website, server or other systems, you remain responsible for those systems, their backups and the decisions you take. AI output can be wrong; important changes must be reviewed before use. You use third-party AI services under their own terms and fees.
11. Rights of use
Once paid in full, you may use the work created specifically for you (design, texts, photos, videos, courses) for the purpose of the contract. Our tools, templates, software, booking engine and reusable solutions remain ours or our licensors'; you receive a non-exclusive licence for the term of the contract. We may show completed projects as references, anonymised if you prefer.
12. Consumers: right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons, by sending us a clear statement (e.g. by email to legal (at) prensena (dot) com).
If you ask us to start a service within the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided until you withdraw. Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement — for example after a strategy call has taken place. Refunds are made with the payment method you used, within 14 days.
13. Warranty and liability
We fix reported defects in our work within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for defects caused by your materials, by changes made by you or third parties, or by third-party services (payment providers, portals, hosting of third parties, AI services).
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. Otherwise our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage and in total to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event; liability for lost profit is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Data protection and confidentiality
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process data on your behalf (e.g. guest or student data), we conclude a data processing agreement. Both parties keep the other's confidential information confidential, also after the contract ends.
15. Final provisions
Changes to a contract require written form; email is sufficient. The laws of the State of Florida (USA) apply, excluding the CISG; for consumers, mandatory protections of the country where they live remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
